Despite her appearance, Rhythm is, in fact, an adult. In her own words:
Genetics... mostly. It's got a lot of names, but I've got something that's basically Hudson Syndrome. Complicated description summarized, my body basically stopped developing before I went through puberty, but we're still not sure if it would've developed like this on its own, or if my exposure to time-stop weaponry exaggerated the problem.

It makes it annoying to deal with adult things sometimes, but I'm lucky. My condition was monitored regularly for a while, but it doesn't seem to actually have any physical drawbacks. I don't get periods and I can't have children, but I mean, that's kind of a bonus to me.

Usually there's mental problems with it because of being treated like a little kid, but because I'm known as Dr. Light's protege and he's specifically requested people treat me properly, I don't tend to have too many issues with that. I don't spend too much time around humans physically either, and a flash of my ID is usually enough.
She doesn't share her age out of annoyance of people asking for it/making fun of her/not believing it, but she likes to play it up as a joke.
She's Wily's daughter, by an unknown woman he met in his later adulthood. Rhythm doesn't talk about her mother much, and doesn't seem to like her for some reason -- likely the same reason Wily doesn't acknowledge her, though no one knows why.
She's an experienced roboticist, claiming that she worked with her father on some things here and there. One of her mess-ups resulted in the time-stop incident that locked her age, though most of the Robot Masters just laugh a bit at the story. Rhythm is more disgruntled about it.
Despite her parentage, she's close to Dr. Light, most likely because of her being raised mostly away from Wily; of course, this doesn't mean she's not close to the Wilybots themselves, though it's hard to say how she and Wily feel about each other. Rhythm claims she loves him, but that love comes with the desire to slap him, too.
An incident with the Robot Masters collapsing a building while taking over crushed Rhythm's legs, requiring Dr. Light and Dr. Wily to work together to come up with a solution. While it wasn't perfect, they did manage something, building robotic braces into her legs with the outside parts supported by internal robotic pieces. There's nothing further they can do with it, unfortunately, so all Rhythm can do is walk slowly or limpingly, and it can cause her severe pain if she pushes herself too far.
She's in love with Forte, and seems to be one of the few people he genuinely cares about. While he might claim otherwise, however, she's very shameless about it. She also doesn't take his shit, far too happy to whack him with a wrench if he's getting out of control.
When on forums, she uses the username giocoso, and her font is Arial Black.
